If you would like to make an appointment to visit our center, please contact us. For your protection, we strongly discourage you from sharing personal details about your situation over the Internet. When you visit our center, a client advocate will be available to personally discuss your situation in a confidential setting.

I understand that SMS texting and emailing are not a secure method of communicating and there is a risk of unauthorized disclosure if my device is accessed, lost, or stolen or if the message is inadvertently sent to the wrong recipient. I accept the risk of accidental disclosure.

All information shared by you during your relationship as a client with the center and its representatives will be kept in the strictest confidence except as required by law or as required for the protection of yourself or others.

Our services are not intended to be a substitute for licensed professional counseling, or for either routine or emergency medical or prenatal care. Individuals who believe they are experiencing a medical emergency should call 9-1-1 and seek care from the nearest emergency room.
